What counts as an active SKU?
Any variant currently in your Shopify catalogue with status active. Archived or draft variants don't count towards your plan ceiling.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Up or down, any time, from the in-app billing portal — proration happens automatically through Stripe.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Annual billing comes out to two months free versus monthly. Toggle between them above the plan cards.
What's gated to Growth and above?
The in-app assistant (docs-grounded chatbot) and marketing-budget planning — campaigns shift the demand forecast during the window so reorder quantities reflect what you're actually pushing. Seasonality and the priority forecasting queue start at Scale.
What if my catalogue grows past the ceiling?
We'll notify you before recommendations stop. You can upgrade from the same billing portal, or stay where you are if the cap is temporary.
Do I need to enter a card to start the trial?
Yes — Stripe captures the card up front so the subscription rolls cleanly after day 7. We never charge during the trial, and the portal lets you cancel before the first invoice.
