Terms of Service
Effective 9 June 2026.
1. Provider
The service is provided by Durn Studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kienitzer Str. 5, 12053 Berlin, Germany ("we" / "Provider"). For company details (Geschäftsführer, HRB, USt-IdNr.) see the Impressum.
2. Service
We provide inventory forecasting and reorder recommendations based on data you authorize us to pull from your Shopify store. Forecasts are statistical estimates with explicit confidence intervals; they are advisory, not guarantees.
3. Account & access
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the actions of team members you invite. We're not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your credential mishandling.
4. Payment
Pricing is published on the marketing site. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or annually. Direct signups are billed via Stripe; merchants who installed via the Shopify App Store are billed through Shopify in line with App Store policy. Cancellations stop renewal but don't refund the current period.
5. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering or unauthorized scraping of the service.
- No submitting data you don't have the legal right to process.
- No interference with other tenants' workloads.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (Shopify, Stripe, Resend, Supabase, Vercel, Railway). Forecasting recommendations are recomputed on a regular schedule and on demand when you refresh; short periods of staleness between runs are expected.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from forecast accuracy or stockout exposure.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may export your data via Settings → Data → Export my databefore the access period ends.
9. Service improvement and de-identified data
We may use data processed through the service in aggregated and de-identified form — stripped of anything identifying you, your store, your customers, or your suppliers — to operate, evaluate, and improve the service, including improving forecasting models and producing aggregated industry statistics. De-identified aggregates are never published in a form that could identify an individual merchant's data, and your underlying business data is never shared with or shown to other merchants. Customer personal data is excluded at ingestion (see the Privacy Policy) and plays no part in this processing.
10. Governing law
German law. Venue: courts of Berlin, to the extent permitted by German consumer-protection rules.
